Job title: Cycle Leader
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 6 hours per week + additional hours as agreed
All Cycle Bath & West was previously known as Wheels for All Bath & West, which was part of the national charity Cycling Projects providing inclusive cycling since June 2016. All Cycle Bath & West become a registered CIO (charity incorporated organisation) in September 2022.
The charity is looking to recruit Cycle Leaders who will support vulnerable users to enjoy cycling. This role will support our regular programmes of inclusive cycling sessions for anyone with sensory and/or physical impairments, additional and/or learning needs.
You will be supporting the 'Active Way'- our inclusive cycling project in Radstock and our operations at the Odd Down Cycling Circuit
The Role
The role will be front line delivery of cycle sessions, instructing and supporting our users to access cycling through a range of accessible cycles. There will be some involvement in health and safety and session planning/recording.
Various hours are available including weekdays and weekends.

2. Job title: Senior Cycle Leader
Salary: £30,000 pro rata
Hours: 15 hours per week
Responsible to: Business Manager
Responsible for: Cycle leaders, Volunteers
The Senior Cycle Leader will provide oversight and support delivery of our services for users of the Charity reporting directly to the Business Manager. With their support, the Senior Cycle Leader will maintain and develop good relationships with service users, volunteers and other stakeholders.
The post holder will ensure that the delivery staff and volunteers are supported to deliver a high-quality service and that the necessary tasks for delivery sessions safely and inclusively are completed to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing safe working practices, including health and safety, such as bike checking procedures and route mapping assessment. Including a on-going maintenance programme with the maintenance volunteers.
Delivering safe and inclusive cycle sessions for our users, either in 121, group or open access sessions.
